Job Description
Victory Empowerment Centre (VEC) is looking for a dedicated Recovery Officer/Auditor for a full-time position in Sagamu, Ogun State. As a micro-finance NGO, we empower women through innovative financial services. This role involves debt collection, loan portfolio analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial policies, with a strong focus on customer service and community support.
Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills, debt collection experience, analytical finance skills, and familiarity with micro-finance operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred.
