Job Description
TGM Travels is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Sales and Ticketing Officer with 2–3 years of experience in travel sales and ticketing. The successful candidate will handle ticketing operations, manage reservations, and deliver excellent customer service while supporting sales growth.
Responsibilities: Provide accurate information on flights, manage ticketing using GDS systems, handle reservations and refunds, ensure compliance with regulations, and assist in achieving sales targets.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, proven experience in ticketing, GDS proficiency, strong communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Location: Lagos (Required). Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦175,00.00 – ₦230,00.00 per month.
