Job Description
Dunamis Prints is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Relations Officer to join our team in Lagos. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers, responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and building relationships with clients both online and offline.
Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing complaints professionally, providing information about our printing services, assisting with order processing, and updating customer records to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements: a minimum degree, excellent communication skills, customer service experience, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and being a team player.
