Job Description
Nordica Fertility Center is seeking a dedicated Research Analyst to collect, validate, and manage clinical and operational data. This role ensures information is research-ready and aids decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather and enter clinical data accurately.
- Review data for quality and compliance.
- Generate reports for management and support research activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data governance regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical team members for accurate data capture.
Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND in Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and statistical tools.
