Job Description
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? Trulink Global Concepts is looking for a Client Relations & Operations Officer to ensure smooth customer onboarding and deliver ongoing support. You will communicate with clients, process transactions, maintain documentation, and draft persuasive letters. This role requires problem-solving and creativity.
