About the Role:
Marine Online (Singapore) is seeking an experienced Country Manager for upstream oil and gas projects in Libya. The role requires hands-on experience in sourcing projects while navigating local regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and bidding processes.
- Maintain relationships with local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with local operations.
- Manage exploration project lifecycle.
Qualifications: Proven track record, project management experience, and fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
