Job Description

Our client, Amy Consulting, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our valued customers. The ideal candidate will embody our brand’s values and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Engage with clients occupying property
  • Provide accurate information about property listings and services
  • Assist with inquiries, bookings, and transactions
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in real estate
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦120,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
