Job Description
Staffora Global is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team in the cryptocurrency/fintech sector in Lagos. The successful candidate will oversee HR operations, manage recruitment, and develop HR policies while ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and training initiatives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 3-5 years of HR experience, and excellent communication skills. Must reside near Ikeja, Egbeda, or Iyana-Ipaja.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos (On-site).
Remuneration: NGN 250,00 – 300,00.
