Job Description
Join our dynamic kitchen team at The Dome Entertainment Limited! We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in daily operations. Responsibilities include supervising food preparation, ensuring high-quality presentation, assisting in menu development, maintaining hygiene standards, and mentoring junior staff.
To qualify, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef, a strong background in continental cuisine, culinary certification, and excellent leadership skills.
