Job Description

Hospitality Paradigm is seeking a skilled Front Office Manager for our luxury hotel apartments, Fraser Suites Abuja. The successful candidate will manage the front office department, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding guest service while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience Required: 8-10 years in luxury hospitality, currently in a Front Office Manager role.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, fluency in English (additional languages are a plus), and strong management and customer service skills.
