Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist I to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Key responsibilities include supporting the onboarding process, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The successful candidate will also collaborate with management to promote a positive workplace culture.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for human resources. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
