Job Description
XFP Productions is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment and contribute to seamless workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily administrative tasks, oversee correspondence, maintain organized files, support HR functions, handle procurement, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and facilitate communication among teams.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 2 – 4 years of relevant experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong interpersonal abilities.
Salary: N80,00 – N100,00 monthly.
