Job Description
Mamacass Restaurants Limited, a Quick Service Restaurant, is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and maintain filing systems.
- Assist in meeting agendas and follow up on action items.
- Conduct research and perform personal errands.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage scheduling and calendar.
- Draft emails and manage correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- BSc in Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Must reside in the Ikoyi area.
