Job Description
As the Store Manager at The Body Shop Nigeria, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Lekki store. You will lead a passionate sales team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving business targets while upholding our values of sustainability and ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate your team.
- Develop strategies to meet sales targets.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through superior service.
- Oversee store operations and inventory management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in retail management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Flexible with retail hours.
