Job Description
Required Qualification and Experience: Minimum of BSc or equivalent in Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, or related fields, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Job Role: Oversee Diversey’s interests in Heineken, Nigeria; provide expert support to all sites, focus on customer retention and growth, and develop profitable accounts.
Responsibilities: Manage Diversey operations, liaise with customer management, evaluate training needs, implement process improvements, and expand Food & Beverage solutions.
KPI: Monthly expansion of Food & Beverage 30%, achieving full margin potential 20%, and exceeding customer expectations 10%.
