Job Description
Aspom Travels and Tours, a leading travel company in Agungi – Lekki, Lagos, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This full-time position will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or a related field, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and have strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws. Professional HR certification is a plus.
