Job Description
RightResults Diagnostic Centre is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist. In this role, you will register new patients, handle correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Communicating courteously with customers via telephone and in person.
- Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments.
- Maintaining accurate records and providing timely reports.
Qualifications: Minimum OND, 1+ years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must live near Lekki.
Salary is monthly, prompt, and negotiable.
