Job Description
Join our team at STARRY GOLD ACADEMY as a qualified and motivated Customer Service Personnel. We are located in Ikeja and prefer applicants who live near Ikeja, Ketu, or Ojota.
Salary: ₦100,00 per month
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to multitask and use digital tools (WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Email, MS Word, Excel/Google Sheets, etc.).
- Qualification: At least OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Must reliably commute to Lagos or plan to relocate before starting work.
