Job Description
Mehtic Technology LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex queries.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Analyze customer data using Excel.

Pay: ₦70,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month
