Requirements:
- Proficient in FTTH products with hands-on experience in OLT product software debugging.
- Experienced in installation, operation, maintenance, and debugging of IPRAN/IP-related products.
- Minimum of 2 years of back-office O&M experience in transmission products, with at least 1 year as an Engineering Manager.
- Skilled in computer operations and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with basic IP routing protocols.
