Job Description
Employment Type: Onsite – Contract
Responsibilities:
– Attend to calls, emails & chats
– Diagnose issues & perform basic troubleshooting
– Log tickets and follow up to resolution
– Escalate complex issues to Level 2
– Monitor systems/servers
– Manage user accounts & password resets
– Assist with software testing
Requirements:
– Knowledge of hardware/software, Windows OS & networking
– Strong communication & customer service skills
– Ability to troubleshoot basic issues
– Willingness to learn
