Job Description
The Talent Pipeline Company is hiring an Executive Assistant for a hybrid, full-time role based in Lekki/Victoria Island, Lagos. You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the executive team: manage email and calendars, coordinate internal and external communication, track projects, prepare reports and presentations, conduct research, and handle confidential information. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years’ experience in executive support or similar, exposure to tech/startup environments, strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Salary starts at ₦175,00/month. Standard business hours with occasional flexibility. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
