Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager for Ending Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (ESGBV) to lead program design, implementation, and scale-up. You will manage multi-country portfolios, supervise teams, oversee budgets and partners, ensure safeguarding and survivor-centered approaches, and drive monitoring, evaluation, and donor reporting. The role requires 7+ years in GBV or protection programming, strong leadership, excellent stakeholder engagement, grant management, and proven experience with M&E and adaptive learning. A Master’s in international development, public health, social sciences, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English, commitment to confidentiality, and readiness to travel are required.
