Job Description
We seek a seasoned Retail Pharmacy Manager to oversee multi-outlet operations at SENCE Limited, including pharmacies, supermarkets, and FMCG stores. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of retail management experience, strong leadership, and a record of driving operational excellence across locations. Responsibilities include managing daily pharmacy operations; coaching and motivating staff to hit sales and service targets; implementing inventory controls, expiry tracking, and loss prevention; ensuring compliance with SOPs and health regulations; analyzing sales and inventory data; training and evaluating teams; and leading operational improvements to boost performance and profitability. Full-time; salary ₦300,00–₦350,00/month.
