Job Description
Workinnigeria is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor in Ikoyi for the Food & Beverage industry. Salary: ₦250,00–₦300,00/month. You will lead and coach a customer service team, manage shifts and staffing, handle escalated complaints, collaborate with operations, sales, and logistics, monitor KPIs (response time, resolution rate, CSAT), review interactions for quality and compliance, and drive process improvements, scripts, and SOPs. Assist with scheduling, attendance, recruitment, and training documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in customer service with 1–2 years in a supervisory role, strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, CRM proficiency (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), and solid analytical/reporting skills. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
