Job Description
Part-time role in Enugu with an NGO offering NGN 75,00–150,00. Seeking an RN/RM with a valid nursing license, strong compliance oversight, ethical judgment, clear documentation skills, and discretion. The Clinic Compliance Officer ensures GEANCO-supported clinics meet clinical, administrative, and regulatory standards: monitor staff activity, conduct spot-checks of registers and inventories, document and escalate non-compliance, compile weekly and monthly reports, coordinate improvements with the Midwife and Clinic Supervisor, manage records, improve client flow, train new staff on SOPs and conduct, maintain cleanliness and safety, and provide telemedicine support. Minimum: degree, at least 3 years’ relevant experience. Working hours: rotating schedule.
