Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Personal Assistant to support an executive with scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and daily task coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and proactive.
Requirements: 2+ years PA or administrative experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with calendar apps and Microsoft Office, problem-solving ability, and flexibility for occasional travel or after-hours requests.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing documents, handling calls and emails, booking travel, and running errands with attention to confidentiality and detail.
