Job Description
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget development and financial forecasting for departments.
Cost Analysis: Analyze healthcare costs, identify efficiencies, and implement cost-saving strategies.
Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare-specific accounting standards and regulations.
Internal Controls: Establish and monitor internal controls for financial assets and compliance.
Financial Analysis: Provide insights supporting decision-making and strategic planning.
Collaboration: Coordinate financial activities with other departments and supervise junior staff.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare.
– In-depth knowledge of healthcare accounting principles and regulations.
– Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
– Should be chartered or in the final stage
