Job Description
Bomach Group of Company seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR across real estate, construction, surveying, and engineering divisions. You will drive talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, staff development, workforce planning, and HR policy compliance. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, or Psychology, with 3–7 years HR management experience (construction/real estate/engineering preferred), strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with HR systems.
