Job Description
Ascentech Services Limited seeks a proactive Technical Support Specialist to support spare parts and service operations. You will handle customer communication, coordinate after-sales service and repairs, prepare quotations, process orders and invoices, maintain accurate records, and submit periodic reports. Experience with CRM or service coordination is an advantage. Qualifications: HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field, 1–2 years in service, sales support, or spare parts operations, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication and organizational skills.
