Job Description
NOVA Bank invites applications for the Sales Graduate Trainee (NGTP’26). This one-year intensive program blends classroom training, hands-on projects and executive mentorship, focusing on sales, digital banking and customer-centric solutions. Trainees will work on impactful initiatives across wholesale, retail and digital channels, developing skills in transaction services, cash management and advisory support. Location: Nigeria. Requirements: bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (minimum Second Class Lower/2:2), NYSC completed, passionate about sales, and maximum age 28.
