Job Description
Join Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting as Senior Manager, Culture and Change Management. Lead culture diagnostics and enterprise-wide transformation programs across Nigeria and West Africa, advising executives and boards and embedding new behaviors using proven change methodologies. Drive business development, craft proposals, and manage large multi-stakeholder projects while mentoring teams. You bring 10+ years in HR, culture or change programs, a bachelor’s degree (MBA or certifications like CIPD/CIPM/SHRM preferred), strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, creativity, and consulting experience. Thrive in fast-paced environments, balance competing priorities, and deliver measurable organizational impact.
