Job Description
We are hiring an HR Generalist & Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead HR functions and operational strategy. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR policies while overseeing daily operations, process improvements, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires 5+ years of combined HR and operations experience, strong leadership, strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication skills.
