Job Description
Lbev Nigeria is hiring a Collections Agent based at 134 Awolowo Way, Ikeja. Full-time, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (break 1:00 PM–2:00 PM). Responsibilities include contacting customers about overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, keeping accurate records of collection activities, resolving queries and disputes, and meeting individual and team collection targets.
