Job Description

Kennedia Consulting is seeking an Operations Manager based in Ajao Estate, Lagos (Full-Time, on-site, Monday–Saturday). Salary ₦200,00–₦250,00 monthly. You will oversee import/export logistics (air & ocean), procurement, shipment tracking, documentation (HS codes, invoices, packing lists), vendor onboarding and performance, customs coordination, container consolidation, warehouse standards, cost analysis, and weekly reports to the Executive Director. Requirements: HND/B.Sc. in Logistics or related field, 3–5 years’ experience in import/export or operations leadership, strong customs and freight knowledge, excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; vendor acquisition experience preferred.
