Job Description
Opes Venit seeks a full-time In-Store Customer Care Specialist dedicated to elevating customer satisfaction through service recovery, post-purchase support, and personalized care. You will be the primary in-store contact for inquiries, returns, order tracking, and escalations, coordinating closely with back-office operations to ensure timely fulfillment and clear communication. Responsibilities include documenting interactions in CRM, providing product guidance, building long-term relationships through proactive follow-up, and creating memorable recovery experiences. Candidates should have 2–3 years in retail, hospitality, or service, strong communication, empathy, and comfort with customer service software. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦250,00–₦300,00/month.
