Job Description
Swift Consulting seeks an experienced HR and Legal Compliance Manager to join our Lagos office (full-time). You will provide legal advice, draft and negotiate contracts, ensure labor law compliance, develop HR policies, manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, and maintain HR records and systems. Candidates must hold an LLB, BL qualification, active membership in the Nigerian Bar Association, and 2–5 years’ relevant experience in HR/legal roles, with strong policy drafting, negotiation, confidentiality, and communication skills.
