Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and organized Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, handle reservations and payments, answer phones and emails, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance. Strong communication, basic computer and reservation system skills, cash handling accuracy, and a professional appearance are required. Previous hotel or customer-service experience preferred.
