Job Description
We are hiring a Baker responsible for preparing breads, pastries, and doughs to recipe standards. Duties include mixing, shaping, baking, maintaining oven temps, monitoring quality, following sanitation and safety protocols, and managing inventory. Candidate should have 1+ year commercial baking experience, knowledge of baking techniques, ability to work early mornings and weekends, and strong attention to detail.
