Job Description
Philban Consult seeks a smart, customer-focused Customer Service representative to handle inquiries and ensure excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities: attend to customer calls, emails, and walk-ins; resolve complaints professionally; provide accurate product and service information; maintain records and follow up on issues. Requirements: HND or BSc, strong communication skills, courteous and proactive attitude. 1–3 years of customer service experience is an advantage. This role requires attention to detail, patience, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
