Job Description
Codec Hospitality seeks an experienced Head Concierge to lead the Front Office concierge team. You will oversee daily concierge operations, train and coach staff, build local partnerships, resolve complex guest requests, and implement guest experience strategies. Requirements: 3+ years concierge experience with 2+ years in leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills, local knowledge and relevant certifications (CHC, Les Clefs d’Or).
