Job Description
Graciano Oak seeks a Senior Sales Executive to identify, engage, and convert prospective clients for residential and commercial properties, managing the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing. You will conduct presentations, property tours, and inspections; prepare compelling pitches, proposals, and investment briefs; and maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions. Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and referral partners, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and represent the brand at events. Full-time position with pay ₦250,00–₦300,00 per month; expected to meet and exceed sales targets.
