Job Description
Graciano Oak seeks a Senior Sales Executive to identify, engage, and convert residential and commercial prospects. You will conduct presentations, property tours, and inspections; build and sustain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and referral partners; and prepare persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and investment briefs. Manage the full sales cycle from lead follow-up to closing, keep accurate records, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and represent the brand at events. This full-time role offers ₦250,00–₦300,00 per month and requires a results-driven professional who consistently meets and exceeds targets.
