Job Description
We are hiring a Referral Program and Training Specialist to design and manage employee referral initiatives and deliver training programs that improve recruitment and retention.
Responsibilities include developing referral strategies, coordinating incentives, tracking referrals, creating training materials, and coaching hiring managers.
Requirements: 2+ years in HR or recruiting, strong communication and project management skills, and experience with LMS or HRIS preferred.
