Job Description
Yum seeks a reliable Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team. You will assist with food preparation (cutting, peeling, portioning), plating, dishwashing, sanitizing surfaces, proper food storage and labeling, stock checks, organizing tools, and ensuring meals are prepared on time while following health and safety standards. Requirements: minimum 1 year experience preferred, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, shift flexibility (morning/evening), strong attention to cleanliness and food safety, good communication and teamwork, and residence in Ikeja or nearby (Surulere/Victoria Island considered).
