Job Description
RAY OIL AND GAS seeks a versatile, highly organized Personal Assistant to support senior management. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, taking notes, preparing reports and presentations, arranging travel, data entry, record keeping, coordinating events, ordering supplies, and operating office equipment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, secretarial or office administration certification, 1–2 years’ PA experience preferred, and strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills. Excellent typing, note-taking, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, New grad. Pay: ₦100.00 – ₦120.00 per month.
