Job Description
SBM Holistic Farmacy is hiring an experienced Account Officer to manage SMB client accounts. The ideal candidate has 2 years’ experience in account management or accounting and finance, strong written and verbal communication, CRM and MS Office proficiency, and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities include daily account operations, order processing, record keeping, coordinating with billing/support and sales, monitoring performance, preparing reports, and resolving client issues. This full-time role pays ₦180,00 per month. Applicants must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently or as part of a team.
