Job Description
We are hiring a Clinical Pharmacy Integration Lead to oversee pharmacy services integration across clinical settings. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to implement medication management protocols, optimize workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include leading integration projects, developing clinical pharmacy programs, training staff, monitoring outcomes, and collaborating with physicians and IT to integrate pharmacy systems. Candidates should be a licensed pharmacist (PharmD preferred), with 5+ years clinical experience, project management skills, and strong communication. Experience with EHR integration and quality improvement is required. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential.
