Job Description
The Future Edge seeks a full-time, onsite Customer Service Representative in Ikorodu, Lagos. You will manage customer calls, messages, and inquiries; process orders and follow up on deliveries; resolve complaints professionally; maintain customer records and feedback; and support sales and production with timely updates. Requirements: 2+ years in customer service (factory/manufacturing experience a plus), strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
