Job Description
We are hiring a Larding Machine Operator responsible for operating, setting, and maintaining larding equipment to inject fat into meat products. Duties include machine setup, monitoring production, adjusting settings, performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance, ensuring product quality and safety, and recording batch data. Candidates must have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, ability to follow HACCP and safety protocols, and prior experience with food-processing machinery preferred. Must be able to work standing shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and collaborate with QA and production teams.
